Fiumicino L.da Vinci Airport:
PUBLIC TRANSPORT. From the terminal train station take the city train towards Roma Tiburtina (platform 3). Do not take the direct train to central train station Roma Termini. Get off the train at the 7th stop (Trastevere). Exit the station, walk through the square, take Viale Trastevere in front of you and go ahead for approx. 50 mt. Take the short stairs on the left, at the end go ahead on via Giuseppe Parini, then turn right on Via Lorenzo Valla. The first right is Via Ambrogio Traversari and you arrive at the apartment. Fare 5 Euro per person (free for children up to 10 years).
TAXI. Fare 40 Euro. Ask the for special fix rate from the airport ! Roman taxis are usually small and will not hold more than 2-3 persons with luggage.
TRANSFER WITH PRIVATE VAN. Book in advance. Fare 50 Euro up to 4 persons
From “Ciampino” Rome Airport
PUBLIC TRANSPORT. Take the bus to Anagnina (Underground terminus). Once there take the underground (Line A). Get off at Termini Station and take the "B" Line of the underground, direction Laurentina. Get off at "Piramide" station and take the pedestrian connection for Ostiense station. Once there, take the train FM1 for Fiumicino Airport and get off the train at the first stop (Trastevere). Exit the station, walk through the square, take Viale Trastevere in front of you and go ahead for approx. 50 mt. Take the short stairs on the left, at the end go ahead on via Giuseppe Parini, then turn right on Via Lorenzo Valla. The first right is Via Ambrogio Traversari and you reach the flat. Fare 1 Euro per person (free for children up to 10 years).

From central bus station Stazione Tiburtina

From Downtown (10 minutes): reach the beginning of Viale Trastevere (on the Lungotevere, beside Garibaldi Bridge). Take Viale Trastevere, drive over Piazza Ippolito Nievo and after 200 mt. turn right (via di Ponziano). Go ahead on via di Ponziano and Via Giano Parrasio, then turn right on Via Lorenzo Valla. Turn right at the third road (Via Guido Cavalcanti), then turn right again at the second (Via Alessandro Poerio), then take the first right (Via G. Marino). At the end of via Marino begins via Ambrogio Traversari; turn left and you arrive at the apartment.
From FIRENZE (A1) (50 minutes from the Roma Nord tollgate): Take exit direction Fiano - Roma Centro - GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and go ahead for 21 Km. At junction with GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) take direction FIUMICINO (A12)/ CIVITAVECCHIA/ (E80) and go ahead for 27 Km. Take the drive-along way exit 30-31-32-33 Aeroporto L. da Vinci, then take exit 30 (Motorway Roma-Fiumicino direction Roma Centro/EUR). Go ahead for approx. 5,5 km and take the exit Roma Centro/via della Magliana/Trastevere. Take Via della Magliana up to the end (more than 3 km.), keeping the direction Roma Centro. When you get to Piazza Antonio Meucci, turn around the gardens and take the road on the left (Via Oderisi da Gubbio). At the end of this road, once in Piazzale della Radio turn left on Viale Guglielmo Marconi, underpass the railroad and take Via Ettore Rolli. At fourth traffic lights turn left (Via Cesare Pascarella). At the crossing with Viale Trastevere turn left,then turn right immediately taking Via di Ponziano. Go ahead on via di Ponziano and Via Giano Parrasio and at the end turn right on Via Lorenzo Valla. Turn right at the third road (Via Guido Cavalcanti), then turn right again at the second (Via Alessandro Poerio), then take the first right (Via G. Marino). From CIVITAVECCHIA (A12): Stay on the highway to the end, when it becomes the highway Roma - Aeroporto di Fiumicino. From here take the direction Roma Centro and continue on this road. Go beyond the junction with GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare), continue for approx. 5,5 km and take the exit Roma Centro/via della Magliana/Trastevere. Take Via della Magliana up to the end (more than 3 km.), keeping the direction Roma Centro.
